Taylan Tokay

Taylan Tokay is a seasoned professional in global expansion and business development, currently serving as the Head of Global Expansion and Business Development at Paycell since March 2018. Notable achievements include launching innovative DCB services and overseeing the successful rollout of Paycell Ukraine E-Money. Prior to Paycell, Taylan worked at Turkcell as an Expert Digital Systems Product Manager, where innovative services such as Lifebox were launched. Taylan's extensive experience at Vodafone involved managing and launching multiple communication services, leading product roadmaps, and designing technical solutions. Earlier roles included Solution Architect and Test Manager positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, and Integration and Test Team Leader at Havelsan. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technologies from Middle East Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering from Baskent University.
