Ariadna Rodriguez has over two decades of experience in corporate marketing and demand generation, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation at Paychex since July 2014. Ariadna leads strategies focused on data-driven decision-making to enhance lead generation and sales pipeline development, overseeing programs such as SEM and SEO. Prior to Paychex, Ariadna held several senior roles at Bausch + Lomb, including Vice President of Digital Initiatives, Branding & Advertising, where responsibility included developing global digital strategies and managing corporate advertising direction. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School and a BS in Finance/Economics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
