Barbara Corbo

Barbara Corbo, PHR, is a strategic employee benefits executive with extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative benefits programs. They have successfully built a benefits department from one to over ninety employees and managed a medical benefits book of business that grew from 1,000 to over 42,000 members. Currently serving as the Director of Benefits at Paychex, Barbara is spearheading the development of an employee benefits application. Their expertise spans ACA and HIPAA compliance, insurance procurement, and the integration of multiple PEO companies into cohesive benefits programs. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Rowan University.
