Christa Seary

Christa Seary has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the IT Knowledge, Asset, Reporting & Tools Manager at Paychex since 2012, where oversight includes a team managing incident and knowledge tools as well as asset management for US and Indian offices. Previous roles at Paychex include Senior IT Operations Project Lead and IT Operations Project Lead within the Enterprise Support organization, focusing on software development projects and collaboration with Agile developers. Christa's earlier experience includes business analysis and team leadership in the 401(k)/S125 sector. Prior to Paychex, roles included customer service and operational responsibilities at OfficeMax and a presentation role at The College at Brockport State University of New York. Christa holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Medaille University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Brockport.
