Deb Franklin-McGuire

Deb Franklin-McGuire, EMBA, currently serves as the VP of Insurance at Paychex and Chairwoman of the Risk Management & Insurance program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. With extensive leadership experience, Deb has held positions such as Co-CEO at PEAK6 InsurTech and Senior Vice President at National General Insurance, where a focus on protecting clients’ well-being has been paramount. Deb's background includes managing National Programs at Universal North America and owning an Allstate agency, alongside educational qualifications that include a BFA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Currently, Deb is advancing skills in business strategy through the Artificial Intelligence program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
