Drew Nielsen possesses extensive experience in revenue operations and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations & Analytics at Paychex, where leadership is demonstrated over revenue enablement initiatives for a $100M+ business unit. Previously, Drew held roles including Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Self-Service Experiences, and Senior Product Analytics Manager, contributing significantly to digital self-service and analytics implementation. Prior experience at Accenture involved leading large-scale HR technology implementations and ensuring data quality for systems migration, while an earlier position at ALDI USA focused on payroll system enhancements. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Information Systems and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
