Kelly Finfrock

Kelly Finfrock, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People Strategy Implementation Partners at Paychex since April 2013. In this role, Kelly leads strategic people initiatives in collaboration with business and HR leaders. Previous roles at Paychex include Senior Manager of HR Business Partners and Human Resource Business Partner, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Prior to Paychex, Kelly held various HR positions at Ricoh Americas Corporation, including Human Resource Region Director, where responsibilities involved directing HR functions across regions and driving organizational vitality. Kelly began a career in HR as a Field Executive at Girl Scouts of the USA, contributing to membership growth and volunteer engagement. Kelly holds a degree in Human Resources Development from DeVry University.
