Tammy Jo Vanengen

Tammy Jo VanEngen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Supervisor of HR Services at both Paychex and Oasis since December 2008 and September 2008, respectively. Tammy Jo's role at Oasis involves providing HR consulting services to clients across various industries while addressing queries related to employment law and compliance. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at Florida Community Health Centers, Inc., Tammy Jo managed HR processes for over 250 employees and coordinated employee benefit programs. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Monadnock Family Services, HR Coordinator at Beech Hill Hospital, Contracts Specialist at Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC, and service as a PN3 in the US Navy. Tammy Jo holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Franklin Pierce University.
