Danielle Brown

Danielle Brown is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Since December 2019, Danielle has held multiple roles at Paycom, including Senior Recruiter and Recruiting Team Lead, where responsibilities have included candidate sourcing, implementing recruiting strategies, and managing various hiring programs. In August 2023, Danielle founded Agency Undivided, serving as Founder and Agent. Previously, Danielle worked as a Recruiter at Staffing Innovations, LLC and Dallas Employment Services, contributing to candidate screening and recruitment processes. An early career began with a Human Resources Internship at Texas Honing Inc., and supporting roles at the University of Houston's Engineering Dean's Office. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston and is a graduate of Greenhill School.
