David Crabtree

David Crabtree is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held various roles at Paycom since April 2017, including Senior Campus Recruiter, Senior Talent Acquisition Project Lead, and Talent Acquisition Strategy Partner. Prior to Paycom, David was a Junior Sales Associate at D.R. Horton, where an understanding of the home building process was developed. Experience also includes roles as a Media Strategist at Ackerman McQueen, a Barback at Topgolf, and internships in social media at the University of Central Oklahoma, among other positions. David holds a BBA in Marketing and a minor in Professional Selling from the University of Central Oklahoma.
