Heather Stanbury

Heather Stanbury is an experienced professional with a focus on project management and human resources. Currently serving as Executive Transition Project Manager at Paycom since April 2020, Heather has progressed through various roles at the company, including Senior and Transition Project Manager. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Target, where Heather was the Executive Team Lead for Human Resources and an Executive Team Lead Intern. Prior to Target, Heather served as Hiring Lead and Peer Mentor at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology was obtained. Additionally, Heather enhanced international experience through education at CEA Barcelona, Spain, in 2016.
