Jonathan Orr

Jonathan Orr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting, currently serving as the Technical Recruiting Team Lead at Paycom since August 2017. Prior roles at Paycom include Technical Recruiter and Paycom Specialist. Prior to his tenure at Paycom, Jonathan worked as an Account Executive at Prodigal LLC and held positions with the Oklahoma City Thunder as a Guest Relations Representative and with Oklahoma State POSSEE as a Suite Attendant. Jonathan's management experience began early in his career as a Recreation Lead at Southlake Campmania and as Front Gate Lead at NRH2O Family Waterpark. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2016.
