Lyndsey Hyde

Lyndsey Hyde has extensive experience in recruiting and marketing, currently serving as the Technical College Recruiting Team Lead at Paycom since July 2017, where leadership of a team of college recruiters focuses on meeting hiring goals for Development and IT teams. Previously, Lyndsey held various roles at Paycom, including Technical College Recruiter II and Technical College Recruiter, fostering partnerships with universities in Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Prior experience includes serving as Fundraising & Retail Programs Manager at Noir Naturals, Marketing Director at ASAP Energy Inc., and Recruiter at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where responsibilities included engaging with prospective students and managing campus preview events. Lyndsey holds a Master's degree in Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
