Madison Stutman

Madison Stutman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Learning at Paycom since June 2021, Madison has contributed to the development of a new outside sales training program, which has enhanced retention and reduced ramp-up time for new hires and leaders. Previously, Madison was recognized as a Presidents Club Award winner in the role of Executive Sales Representative at Paycom. Madison's earlier experience includes positions at Gopuff as an HRIS Sales Representative and a marketing specialist at HAVE-U-HEARD, LLC., as well as an intern at Signature Consultants, where skills were honed in placing consultants and analyzing job market trends. Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sales and Management and Professional Sales and Management from Florida State University, where studies were completed from 2017 to 2021.
