Mindy Rule

Mindy Rule is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Supervisor for Product Education at Paycom since January 2016. In this role, Mindy leads learning teams to align training programs with business needs and oversees content development for various learning environments. Previous positions at Paycom include Supervisor of Learning & Development for Client Education and Senior Communication Specialist, where Mindy managed communications and training materials for 10,500 clients and 2,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles in communications at Chesapeake Energy, Children's Hospital Foundation, and Anglin Public Relations, where Mindy developed and executed strategic communications initiatives. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism & Broadcasting from Oklahoma State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University.
