Nicole Foster

Nicole Foster has been with Paycom since December 2015, currently serving as the San Diego Sales Manager, where responsibilities include managing a team of 8 sales representatives, overseeing sales operations in the Greater San Diego Area, and developing future leaders. Prior to this role, Nicole was recognized as a top 10% performer in the salesforce while serving as a Senior Executive Sales Representative and held positions as an Executive Sales Representative and Sales Representative. Before joining Paycom, Nicole worked as a server at Rancho Bernardo Winery's Cafe Merlot and briefly in commercial real estate sales at Foster & Company. Nicole holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing with minors in Real Estate and International Business from Arizona State University, graduating in 2016.
