Nikki Stege

Nikki Stege has extensive experience in product management and client services, currently serving as an Associate Product Champion at Paycom since September 2015, where previous roles included Group Product Manager, Compliance Analyst, and New Client Setup Team Leader. Prior to Paycom, Nikki was a Branch Manager at Western Shamrock Corporation, responsible for scheduling and training employees, setting goals, and managing office operations. Earlier employment included a role as Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, where leadership of the catering team and exceptional client service were paramount. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, completed in 2013.
