Rachael Jones

Rachael Jones is currently the Team Lead of Talent Acquisition for Sales at Paycom, a position held since January 2024, and previously served as a Regional Sales Recruiter at Robert Half from September 2022 to January 2024. Rachael has experience as an Administrative and Customer Support Talent Manager at Robert Half and worked as an Executive Tutor at ELITE ACADEMICS, INC from September 2021 to September 2022. Prior roles include serving as an English Language and Culture Teacher for the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport from October 2018 to October 2021, and a Social Work Intern at Midway ISD in 2017. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Baylor University, earned in 2018.
