Sarah Dodson

Sarah Dodson, CSPO, has a robust career in product operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Operations at Paycom since July 2017. Her progression within Paycom includes roles such as Group Product Manager and Manager of Product Operations, with extensive experience in managing various HCM teams and operations. Prior to Paycom, Sarah worked as a Lead Teacher at Children's New World from January 2014 to July 2017. Sarah's educational background encompasses studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City, Redlands Community College, and Mid-America Christian University.
