Scott Lemaster

Scott Lemaster has extensive experience in data engineering and database administration, currently serving as the Manager of IT Data Engineering at Paycom since January 2019. Lemaster has progressed through multiple roles at Paycom, including Supervisor of Database Administration and Database Administrator Team Lead. Prior to this, Lemaster served in the Oklahoma National Guard as a Sergeant Promotable - Squad Leader, where responsibilities included evaluating personnel and managing equipment inventory for a 100-person unit. An internship at Boeing as a Business Commercial Airplanes Supply Chain Strategy Integration Data Analyst contributed to developing a database for supply chain visibility. Lemaster's military background includes serving as a Sergeant Team Leader in the US Army, focusing on fitness training and personnel evaluations. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business.
