Scott Roberts

Scott Roberts is an experienced software development leader with a strong background in DevOps and software engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development - DevOps at Paycom since April 2018, Scott previously held the role of Software Development Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Software Engineering at Purch and Software Development Manager at ShopSavvy Inc., where Scott contributed to the development of a widely recognized mobile shopping assistant that won Google’s Android Developer Challenge. Additionally, Scott has entrepreneurial experience as a co-founder of Vignature and has held leadership roles at Sandy Beaches Software and Boca Raton Resort & Club. Scott began his career as IT Director at 7-Eleven Stores of Oklahoma after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.
