Tori Leveridge

Tori Leveridge, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Talent Optimization Advisor at Paycom, with a career spanning from June 2015 to the present. Leveridge has successfully managed teams to enhance employee experiences, implement onboarding programs, and drive change management initiatives. Prior roles at Paycom include HCM Service Supervisor, Benefits Coordinator Team Leader, Product Setup Team Leader, HCM Representative Team Lead, and HCM Product Setup Specialist. Before joining Paycom, Leveridge worked at Legacy Bank-Oklahoma as a Universal Associate and at Bath & Body Works as a Co-Manager.
