Martijn Greuter started their work experience in 2005 at ING as a Teammanager planning call, where they were responsible for the forecasting and planning of the ContactCenter. Martijn later became a Teammanager process communication, overseeing a team of communication advisors in ING Retail Netherlands.

In 2010, Greuter transitioned to the role of Sr. financial advisor mail, where they worked on projects to reduce postal costs and became an expert on postal costs within ING.

From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Sr. product manager payments at ING before moving on to the role of Customer journey expert payments in 2015. In this role, Greuter was responsible for business demands for the target payments landscape and worked with IT colleagues to achieve the target landscape.

Starting from 2017 until 2023, Martijn Greuter held the position of Sr. customer journey expert payments. In this role, they worked on the target payments landscape and was the business responsible for the Corebank payments program. Additionally, they served as the central product owner for transaction processing payments in the account management domain.

Martijn Greuter is currently working as a Business architect at Payconiq International since 2023.

Martijn Greuter pursued their education with a focus on Operations Research, completing their MSc degree at the University of Amsterdam from 1998 to 2002. In 2006, they furthered their knowledge in Multichannel Management by attending the Masterclass program at Nyenrode Business University. In 2013, Martijn achieved a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from UNC Plus Delta.
