Alexandra Drobonick

Alexandra (Aly) Drobonick is an experienced professional in project management and client success, currently serving as an Implementation Project Manager at Paycor since July 2024. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager II and Implementation Project Manager at TalentReef, where responsibilities involved creating and managing project scopes and timelines to ensure successful project launches and enhancing user experience. Aly has also held various positions in mental health and customer service, including roles at Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute and HENNENS RESTAURANT. With a background in psychology from Wofford College, Aly conducted research on ingestive behavior while serving as a Research Assistant, and has experience working directly with patients as a Psychiatric Technician and Psychometrist.
