Anne Dwyer

Anne Dwyer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Anne began their career at Fifth Third Bank in 2005 as a Staff Accountant and later held roles as a Customer Service Manager, Financial Center Manager, and Retail Conversions Manager. During their time at Fifth Third Bank, they implemented new software applications and achieved significant expense reductions.

In 2015, Anne joined Paycor and held various roles, including Program Manager, Senior Manager, Program Management, Senior Principal Program Manager, Director of Program Management, and Senior Director of Product Operations. At Paycor, they were responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, product launches, and migration projects. Anne also led the development of standard product performance metrics and the creation and delivery of free trial programs. Throughout their career, Anne has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and operational readiness skills.

Anne Dwyer obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the same institution from 2001 to 2005. In addition, Anne obtained a certification in Women's Business Leadership from the Xavier Leadership Center in the year 2020.
