Joe Frassica

Joe Frassica is the EVP of Digital Sales at Paycor.

Joe has over 19 years of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. Joe started their career at ADP in 2001, and eventually rose to the position of Senior Division Vice President of the Digital Inbound Sales Center of Excellence. In this role, Joe was responsible for analyzing metrics across all business segments in the US and internationally, and building standardized lead reporting procedures that improved inbound speed to lead and incorporated the latest technology. Joe also oversaw a cross-segment inbound prospect and inbound client marketing strategy that increased leads and sales through search engine optimization, mobile apps, social media, and other marketing strategies.

In February 2020, Joe left ADP to join Paycor as EVP of Digital Sales. In this role, they are responsible for leading the digital sales team and driving growth through digital channels. Joe is also responsible for developing and executing the digital sales strategy, as well as overseeing the team that manages Paycor's website and digital assets.

Joe Frassica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University.

Their manager is Raul Villar Jr., CEO. They are on a team with Rick Huff - Chief Information Officer, John Warcop - SVP, Implementation, and Ryan Bergstrom - Chief Product Officer.
