Kellie Jones

Kellie Jones has an extensive work experience spanning almost three decades. Kellie is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Paycor since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as the Senior Director of Product Management from November 2009 to July 2022. Kellie also held various roles at Ultimate Software, including Sr. Director, Product - Payroll, Benefits, UltiPro Time; Sr. Director, Product - Payroll; Sr. Director, Products - Pay & Tax; Director, Products - Pay & Time; Director of Business Analysis; and Senior Product Manager from 2009 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Ceridian as a Sr. Product Manager from June 2006 to November 2009. Kellie's earlier work experience includes roles at Georgia Technology Authority as a Product Manager from July 2005 to June 2006 and at Sage Software, where they worked in various positions, including Director of Product Management, Product Manager, and other roles, from 1993 to 2005. Kellie also serves as an Executive Board Member & Treasurer at Races for Peace since December 2015.

Kellie Jones has an MBA in Information Systems from Georgia State University and a BS in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School.
