Michael Lavender

Michael Lavender is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software architecture and development, currently serving as a Senior Principal Systems Architect at Paycor since April 2023. Previously, Michael worked at Sentric, Inc. for over a decade as Chief Architect, where responsibilities included integrating products for a comprehensive HCM solution. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Epicor Software Corp and SPECTRUM Human Resource Systems, focusing on software architecture and development management. Prior to that, experience was gained at CQG, Clear Technologies, and Prometheus Software, with foundational training in project management and programming. Michael holds a BJ in News/Editorial from the University of Missouri-Columbia, complemented by minors in Literature, History, and Russian.
