Ryan Cayabyab

Ryan Cayabyab currently serves as the Director and Head of Product Design at Paycor, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at Procter & Gamble, where positions included DesignOps / Sr. Manager for Oral Care IT, UX Program Manager, and Product Design Lead from November 2016 to November 2021. Additional experience includes working as a UX/UI Consultant from April 2015 to November 2016 and serving as an Adjunct Instructor at the Art Academy of Cincinnati from September 2015 to June 2016. Ryan's earlier roles include Senior Interactive Designer at Topic Design and Openfield Creative, as well as Senior Digital Designer at Pep. Ryan began the career as an Interactive Designer at US Digital Partners and RDG - Ruttle Design Group, contributing to the field since June 2005.
