Travis Prall

Travis Prall's work experience begins in 2014 at Rams Horn Dining Center, where they worked in customer service until 2017. In 2017, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technical Software Support Engineer, providing support for the Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB). Travis also assisted in onboarding new hires and facilitated trainings. Soon after, they were acquired by Micro Focus. From 2017 to 2018, Travis worked at Micro Focus as a Technical Software Support Engineer, maintaining relationships with clients, leading status calls, and becoming proficient in the UCMDB product. In 2019, they transitioned to Paycor as an Implementation Consultant, configuring client accounts, providing training, and becoming a reliable technical resource. Travis then advanced to the role of Senior Implementation Consultant, where they managed a large book of business, curated training materials, and ensured seamless setup for Paycor's Recruiting application. Currently, Travis holds the position of Team Lead, Implementation: Recruiting & Learning Management at Paycor.

Travis Prall earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University between 2013 and 2017. Travis also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems during the same period. Additionally, they hold a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera, obtained in 2022.
