Katlego Malao has extensive experience in customer service and cash handling, currently serving as a Cashing Coordinator at Paycorp Holdings since May 2018. Prior to this role, Katlego worked as a Customer Service Consultant at First National Bank from May 2016 to May 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information and Knowledge Management from the University of Johannesburg, completed from 2015 to 2018, and a Certificate in Contact Centre from CLASS, obtained in 2019.
