James Park

James Park has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James began their career in the US Army as a Captain, serving in the Air Defense Artillery division from 2000 to 2005. In 2007, they joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate, focusing on US High Yield Corporate Bond Trading. Over the years, they progressed to the role of VP, where they traded in Asia and emerging markets, particularly in China, India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Executive Director of Emerging Markets Trading at J.P. Morgan. Currently, they are the Senior VP of Emerging Markets Trading at Payden & Rygel, a position they have held since November 2020.

James Park completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1996 to 2000. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Instruments & Markets / Marketing at NYU Stern School of Business from 2005 to 2007.
