Basel Nimri has been employed in various roles since 2013. In that year, they began working as a Situation Room Specialist and Customer Care Agent at Nateev Express Public Transportation Co Ltd. In 2017, they joined Payoneer as a Customer Service Specialist, where they were responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, emails or chats, providing excellent service to customers, taking ownership of customer queries and finding creative solutions to their issues, and educating customers about Payoneer’s product. In 2020, they became an Inspector Assistant at the Income Tax Authority. The following year, they were employed as an Accounting Bookkeeper at N.S. SROUR & CO., and in 2022 they began working as a Customer Support Engineer at PayEm.

Basel Nimri attended Ruppin Academic Center from 2017 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics.
