Sarah-Jayne V. has a strong background in data management and technical service operations. Sarah-Jayne started their career as a DBA Manager/Technical Database Architect at The Logic Group in 2009, where they were responsible for managing the infrastructure and DBA teams, as well as developing the technical database strategy. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the Head of Information Systems at Trustpay Global Ltd. In 2012, they joined Payen as the Chief Data Officer, where they provided the vision and strategy for data management and technical service operations.

Sarah-Jayne V. earned a Postgraduate Degree in Governance, Risk and Compliance from The University of Manchester in 2022. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including International Diploma AML, Member Int. Compliance Association (MICA), CIS LA - ISO27001 Lead Auditor, EU GDPR Practitioner, CIS IM - PCI Implementation and Management, and ICA Fellow Membership.
