Kaley Vead, CPP has a diverse work experience. Kaley began their career in 2016 as an Intern at Performance Racing Network. Later that same year, they joined Payentry as a Client Service Specialist I, where they were responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with new clients, understanding ever-changing system development, and delivering an on-time and accurate knowledge of products and services offered. Kaley was later promoted to Client Advocate III, Client Service Specialist II, and Client Success Manager. In this role, they monitored the service level being provided to the client and overall performance of the Client Experience Team, fostered close working relationships, and captured the voice of the client using Net Promoter Score survey results. Finally, they were promoted to Senior Client Success Manager, where they communicated critical client requirements to the Director of Client Experience.

Kaley Vead obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2012 and 2016. In March 2015, they earned a Sports Communication Certificate from the University of North Carolina School of Media and Journalism. In April 2017, they obtained a Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association. Finally, in October 2019, Kaley Vead earned their Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification from the American Payroll Association.
