Sarah Bildstein Wanzer has worked in various roles since 2008. Sarah began their career as a Childcare Worker at 121 Community Church. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Server at California Pizza Kitchen. Sarah then worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Oklahoma State University from 2014 to 2015, where they taught and assisted with multiple lab classes and guest lectured on AP style writing, clear, concise and persuasive writing, strategic writing, media kit writing, and advertising copy. In 2016, they worked as a Communications and Graphics Intern and Reception Staff at the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Communications Specialist at the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Sarah then worked as a Communications Specialist at the School of Global Studies and Partnerships at Oklahoma State University from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are a Client Advocate at Payentry since 2022.

Sarah Bildstein Wanzer obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Sports Media from Oklahoma State University in 2015. Sarah then went on to pursue their Masters of Science in Mass Communications from the same institution, which they completed in 2017. In addition, they have two certifications from FEMA: Public Information Officer - Basic - G290, obtained in November 2017, and Public Information Officer Awareness - G289/IS-29, also obtained in November 2017.
