Yang Feng

Yang Feng currently serves as the Head of HR at PayerMax since September 2025. Prior to this role, Yang held the position of SVP, Head of People at TandemAI from February 2022 to February 2025. Yang's extensive experience in the human resources field includes roles such as Compensation and Benefits Director at Ant Group, Regional Compensation & Benefits Lead for APAC at 赛诺菲 - 安万特, and various HR positions at Novartis, VivaKi, Mercer, Siemens, and AREVA T&D. Yang holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
