Mattias Vozmediano

Mattias Vozmediano has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Mattias currently holds the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at PayEx. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Risk at Swedbank from May 2020 to September 2022. Before joining Swedbank, they held various roles at Nordea Finans Sverige AB, including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Accounting & Reporting. At Nordea, they also served as the Head of Risk Processes and Reporting Wealth Management Operations and as a Management Partner to the Wealth Management Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Business Controller in Private Banking and held roles related to capital analysis, risk modeling, and market risk control. Throughout their career, Mattias has gained extensive experience in risk management, financial reporting, and analysis.

Mattias Vozmediano completed their education at Linköping University from 1997 to 2003, where they studied Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2001, they attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business for a brief period, focusing on Finance and Financial Management Services. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement in Strategiska Presentationer from Dale Carnegie Training in February 2016.
