Rebecka Svärd

Rebecka Svärd has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they started their career as an Accountant at Carlsberg Accounting Service Center (via Adecco), followed by a position as an Accountant at Egmont in 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Accounts Payable professional at Nordisk Film. Rebecka then joined Palette Software & Consulting, where they had a dual role, first as a Customer Service representative and later as a Team Leader for Customer Support & Services Sweden. At Palette Software & Consulting, they focused on providing support, developing processes, and managing the team. In 2018, Rebecka Svärd worked as a Partner Success Manager at Pickit, where they supported partners in sales and product support. Rebecka also collaborated with different departments and worked on improving internal and external processes. Rebecka then moved on to Region Gotland, where they worked as a Systemförvaltare/verksamhetsutvecklare HR from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Team Manager at PayEx and will be transitioning to the role of Head of IT Development in 2023.

Rebecka Svärd began their education in 1999 at Sanda Gymnasiet, where they studied Samhällsvetenskap / Företagsekonomi until 2002. Rebecka then enrolled at Binghamton University in 2003 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics in 2007. Rebecka has obtained several additional certifications, including "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Aaron Dignan on Transformational Change" from LinkedIn in January 2022, "Leading in Crisis" from LinkedIn in May 2022, and "Diplom utfärdat till Rebecka Svärd av Arbetsmiljöforum by Metodicum, ett säkrat TRUE Original Dokument" from Arbetsmiljöforum by Metodicum in September 2022. Rebecka also acquired another certification in "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in August 2023.
