Caroline Girard Leroy

Caroline Girard Leroy is the Chief People and Fulfillment Officer at PayFit. Caroline has previously served as the Chief Talent Officer at Cegid from May 2018 to July 2019, the HR Director Urgo Medical from May 2016 to April 2018, and the Senior HR Business Partner Western Europe at MasterCard from June 2012 to May 2016. Caroline began their career as an HR intern at Vivendi Universal from October 2001 to July 2002.

Caroline Girard Leroy has a Master in Business from Sciences Po Aix and a BAC + 5 in business from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management. Caroline has also taken an Organizational Development Seminar at HEC Montréal.
