Thomas Gadroy

Thomas Gadroy is an experienced data analyst and content strategist with a diverse background in marketing and customer engagement. Currently serving as a Data Analyst and Voice of Customer Team Lead at PayFit since September 2019, Thomas focuses on content strategy for the Customer Service Department. Previous roles include a recurring guest blog writer for SEMrush France, Content & Inbound Marketing Manager at Captain Contrat, and Content Strategist at Impala Webstudio, where an emphasis on effective content marketing was established. Earlier experience includes copywriting for ÏDKIDS and GOWEB. Thomas holds a Data Analytics Bootcamp certification from Le Wagon and Master's and Bachelor’s degrees in communication-related fields from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
