Javier Iglesias

Javier Iglesias has a diverse work experience, having held roles at seven different companies since 2016. Javier began their career as an UPM Job Fair Organizer at Induforum in 2016, followed by a role as C&IB - Global Structured Solutions at BBVA in 2017. In 2018, they were a Member at Nova. In 2019, they held three roles: Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Venture Development at Neboola, and VP of Strategy at Payflow (YC S21). In 2021, they were Senior VP of Strategy & Finance at Payflow (YC S21) and Co-Founder at Golfee.

Javier Iglesias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2017. Javier then pursued an International Master in Industrial Management (IMIM) from MIP Politecnico di Milano, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and TBS Education, which they completed in 2019. In 2018, Javier obtained an Expert in Personal Finance, Investments and Financial Analysis from Constanza Business and Protocol School. Additionally, they obtained certifications in C2 English level (915/990) from TOEIC® Program, B1 French level from Accent Languages, and B1 Italian level from Yellow Hub in 2018.
