Sergi Tomas Heras

Sergi Tomas Heras has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Sergi began their career as Tennis Director at The Timber Lake Family of Camps, where they managed the tennis area program for 350 students and recruited, trained and led an international staff team of 12 tennis instructors. In 2017, they joined Kearney as an Associate, where they gained 4 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, participating in projects with international corporate clients in the infrastructure, transportation, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical sectors. In 2019, they took a 1-year leave of absence to complete a Double-Master Program and to launch a startup, Quokka. As Co-Founder of Quokka, they leveraged a proprietary IoT smart fridge to connect local food vendors with consumers in their workplaces. In 2022, they began working as VP of Operations (Global) at Payflow (YC S21).

Sergi Tomas Heras has an education history that spans from 2010 to 2019. Sergi obtained a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2015. From 2014 to 2015, they were part of an International Exchange Program at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. From 2016 to 2019, they pursued an MSc in Management (Grande École Program) with a major in Digital Business at HEC Paris. Additionally, they pursued an MSc in Civil Engineering with a major in Transportation and Urban Planning at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2015 to 2019. Sergi also holds certifications from Google, British Council, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, and University of Cambridge.
