Parvathi Madhu Nair

Parvathi Madhu Nair currently serves as Chief of Staff in the Founder's office at PayGlocal, focusing on driving product partnerships, growth, and new initiatives since May 2023. Previously, Parvathi was an Investment Analyst at Sequoia Capital from March 2021 to May 2023, where the role involved early-stage investments in Fintech and Consumer sectors. Prior to that, Parvathi worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from August 2019 to January 2021. Additional experience includes a Mitacs Globalink Research Internship at The University of British Columbia, where Parvathi researched the effects of a drug on neuronal development, and an internship at A.T. Kearney, contributing to cost optimization for a major Indian Power & Utilities company. Parvathi holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and completed education at Bhavans Varuna Vidyalaya.
