Katie Cronin is the Director of Engineering at PayGround. Katie is an experienced consultant who has led teams and business units to provide transformation services to large companies within the financial, healthcare, banking and telecommunication industries. Prior to PayGround, Katie worked at Wipro Limited, DaVita Kidney Care and Level 3 Communications.

Katie has deep experience in Agile process implementation and delivery of product and platform engineering, enabling rapid business outcomes. She is well respected by her customers and peers and is a value creator, people developer and true business enabler.

Katie is a former professional athlete, who brings her sports discipline, rigor, natural leadership and commitment to everything that she does to achieve team consensus, camaraderie and collective business success.
