Shri Javadekar

Shri Javadekar is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering at PayJoy since September 2024. Previously, at Outerbounds, Shri built a Kubernetes-based managed platform for data-intensive ML/AI workloads and engaged in developer relations through various marketing activities. As a co-founder and Head of Engineering at Novus Labs, Shri focused on MLOps and ModelOps platforms to enhance data science productivity and governance. With a substantial tenure at Intuit and its subsidiary Applatix, Shri held key engineering roles, contributing to software engineering and management. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Dell EMC, VMware, and Persistent Systems, alongside research involvement at Stony Brook University. Shri holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Pune University.
