Sam Delker

Sam Delker has held a variety of roles in the recruitment and hospitality industries. In 2015, they began their career at PayJunction as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Associate. Sam was then promoted to Manager of Recruitment, where they managed the recruitment efforts of 25+ recruiters and their prospective candidates. In this role, Sam ran daily 1-hour webinar presentations for qualified candidates, oversaw all hiring, scheduling, and training of PayJunction's recruitment department, and personally recruited top-candidates. Sam also held the role of Sales Recruiter at PayJunction. Prior to this, Sam was a Restaurant Supervisor at Green Bowl Inc. from 2012 and a State College Spikes Player's Chef at Professional Sports Catering from 2012.

Sam Delker graduated from Penn State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies. Sam attended South Williamsport High School from 2004 to 2008. Sam also holds a Servsafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
