Oliver Charles

Oliver Charles has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Oliver most recently worked at Tribal as the Head of FP&A, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they spent four years at Paykii, where they held three different roles. Oliver'smost recent role at Paykii was Director of Finance and Accounting, where they were responsible for day-to-day management of the finance function, financial reporting, and client onboarding. Before that, they were a Financial Controller, managing treasury, reporting, and supporting senior management. Oliver also served as a Finance Manager, assisting the CFO with treasury management and monthly reporting.

Earlier in their career, Oliver worked at Kleinwort Benson for four years. Oliver began as a Financial Accountant, responsible for timely closure of accounts and support for ad-hoc projects. Oliver then became a Business Partner, supporting business heads and shaping decision-making.

Oliver's career started at haysmacintyre, where they worked as an Audit Senior for three years. Oliver led teams on statutory audits for a range of companies and structures. Oliver also worked at Logica as a Finance Assistant, managing the European cash pool and assisting with tax-related tasks.

Oliver Charles completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Exeter from 2006 to 2009.
