Denise Bernard

Denise Bernard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail operations and management within Latin America and the Caribbean. Since March 2002, Denise has held various leadership roles at Payless ShoeSource, currently serving as Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean, overseeing operations across 20 countries. Previous positions included Senior Director of Retail Operations and Director of Retail Operations for the Caribbean, where Denise played a pivotal role in launching new markets and driving growth in existing ones. Prior to Payless, Denise worked as a District Leader and Attorney at Pellerano & Herrera from February 1998 to March 2002. Denise holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Education in Labor Law from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña.
