Guillermo Donayre Forga

Guillermo Donayre Forga is currently the VP of Tequila & Mezcal at Bacardi since September 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Agave Spirits supply network strategy and ensuring efficient operations in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain for Tequila Patron and Cazadores. Prior to Bacardi, Guillermo served at Diageo from 2011 to 2023 in various roles, including Global Commercial Director of the Zacapa Rum joint venture and director for the Tequila & Mezcal Supply Chain in Mexico, contributing significantly to the company's supply chain performance across multiple international markets. Guillermo's career began at Alimentos Polar, where strategic leadership in supply chain management spanned from 1995 to 2011. Educational credentials include degrees from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Colegio Internacional de Carabobo, as well as early education from San Jose Obrero.
